- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese
- 3 Tbsp Pimentos, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Green Bell Peppers, Chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp Onion, Chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- Salt to Taste
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and shape the cheese mixture to a Pumpkin, Pine Cone, or Apple and garnish with fall accents.
